The Level 5 Train the Trainers (TtT) Course is aimed at staff who have demonstrated their experience in restorative practice with six conferences as a minimum. As training restorative practice is a practical skill students can soon spot inadequate experience, so please do not send staff who haven't run a restorative conference.

What can people do after this course? Following this course people can train others in restorative practice using our Level 1 & 2 packages and training materials (either downloaded or purchased).

The Level 5 is hard work! Staff attending have a pre-reads and Level 1 & 2 sessions to prepare for. On the course their practice sessions at training will be provided with feedback from an experienced facilitator and trainer. During the course there will be ample opportunity to hear tips for running the Restorative Solutions Course.

There are two flavours for this course the one day version is only for staff who have teacher or trainer qualifications. The two day course includes educational theory inputs to hopefully ensure your new trainers understand that training is carefully planned quality event.
