  • Level 2 is for staff who deal with more serious incidents that require risk assessment and planning. After this course staff will be able to handle complex cases. Participants need to have completed Level 1. This course also draws on the practical experience of implementing restorative approaches in school settings.
  • Involves an experienced restorative conferencing facilitator assessing a live conference and providing detailed written feedback on performance and technique. This is particularly relevant for those moving on to Level 5
