Train the Trainers (2 day)

  • Aimed at experienced restorative conferencing facilitators this course provides participants with the skills to train Level 1 and 2 courses, thus building in-house capacity
  • Provides access to RSCIC trainer materials.
  • A two day briefing to deliver levels 1 and 2 training within your own organization, delegates who have previously attended level 1 and 2 training will be equipped with material to deliver these courses within their own organisations.
  • Usually 1 trainer to 8 delegates, however RScic will discuss organizational needs and provide bespoke packages to suit clients. (E.G. 2 day briefing followed by coaching through a three day training delivery, embedding the skills)
