Training
We provide a tiered approach to practitioner training in restorative approaches for front line workers.

Consultancy
Our people are experienced in advising organisations/agencies in how best to implement a Restorative Approach ranging from convincing stakeholders, advising on processes, policies, procedures and how best to maximise the opportunity a Restorative Approach can bring to your organisation/agency.

Awareness Seminar
A briefing designed for your specific needs in order to bring about an awareness for delegates of the benefits of adopting a Restorative Approach delivered by Sir Charles Pollard former Chair of the Youth Justice Board and Chief Constable of Thanes Valley Police, Peter Woolf a former prolific offender relates his experiences of the criminal justice system and how a restorative intervention changed his life.  Gary Stephenson a former Lancashire Constabulary BCU Commander who now specialises in project management and making it happen.
We also have similar expertise in schools setting and conflicts in communities (anti social behaviour) we can develop a session to meet your needs.

Mentoring for Offenders
We have a specialist Peter Woolf who is a former offender and now works with offenders on a one to one basis mentoring and providing advice, support, guidance and supervision.

Facilitation
We are able to provide experienced facilitators in order to restoratively resolve a problem you have where conflict has or is occurring.  Our facilitators will prepare the participants for a restorative conference, organise the meeting and facilitate the process from beginning to end in order to resolve the conflict.
