Lead RJ Practitioner - Isle of Wight

Prior to working for Isle of Wight Age UK and Restorative Solutions, Andy had a wide and varied career as a police officer in the Metropolitan Police Service and Hampshire Constabulary.

Andy has been the lead restorative justice practitioner for the Isle of Wight since June 2016. He is responsible for facilitating restorative justice processes, and for the case supervision of five Isle of Wight Age UK restorative justice volunteers. Andy is trained to facilitate sensitive and complex cases, deliver hate crime awareness courses, and has dealt with a wide variety of cases that have progressed to full conference.
