Service Delivery Manager, West Yorkshire

Kate joined Restorative Solutions in 2011 as a national trainer having been involved in RJ since 2008. Kate's experience as a Probation Officer has given her the knowledge and skills to lead a number of Restorative Projects.

Kate developed the Restorative Service in Bradford in 2008 undertaking RJ for those subject to Probation Supervision. Since 2012, Kate has driven RJ for the Community Safety Partnership, developing the Bradford Restorative Justice Hub. In 2016, Restorative Solutions were commissioned to deliver this Service, and Kate continued to drive the service forward. The RJ Hub holds the RSQM.

Since 2016, Kate also undertaken the role as the Development Manager for the West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner. Working across the 5 districts to ensure consistency and equal access for victims. West Yorkshire have developed new and innovative ideas to drive RJ forward across the County.

Kate has led on the RSQM for Restorative Solutions which has led to 7 areas achieving the Quality Mark, with another further project part way through the process.

Kate continues to facilitate RJ processes, as well as offering case supervision.

Kate's work has been recognised national with a Butler Trust Commendation, the Howard League RJ Award Winners in 2015 and two Assistant Chief Constable Commendations. Kate was also a finalist in the Restorative Practice Living Awards 2017 and the Bradford RJ Hub won the Communities Category in these awards.
