Tony began using restorative approaches over 25 years ago in a range of situations and has written and organised training for a wide range of organisations and individuals including Police Officers, YOT workers, Looked after Children, Local Authorities, Teachers, Faith and Community leaders, and Voluntary organisations.
Tony served 30 years with Thames Valley Police retiring as an Inspector, during his service had range of responsibilities including Training Manager for the Restorative Justice Consultancy, Force responsibility for Restorative Justice, Schools Policing, Youth Justice and Anti-social behaviour.
Tony has worked with the Audit Commission, Home Office Training and Accreditation Policy Development Group, Youth Justice Board and the Department for Children, Schools and Families in delivering Restorative Approaches nationally and developing national policy. He continues to practice as a facilitator conferencing serious incidents and crimes and staff grievances.
Tony joined Restorative Solutions in 2009 as Director of Training.
